Scheduling

At CDC, we take pride in scheduling appointments in a timely manner through‘person to patient’ phone calls. You will never be bothered with impersonal automated phone systems, and we promise to keep any hold times to a minimum. Each team member is trained to take your pertinent information and work to schedule an appointment that is convenient for you. 

Appointment times

We make every effort to ensure that all appointments run on-time and each patient is seen in a timely manner. If you are delayed or cannot keep your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee your appointment slot if you are more than 15 minutes late, we will make every effort to work you back into the schedule as quickly as possible.
