WHERE IS COLUMBUS DIAGNOSTIC CENTER LOCATED?
Our midtown center is conveniently located in heart of Columbus’ medical community. The street address is 2040 10th Avenue, across from Open Gate Pharmacy. Columbus Diagnostic Center has front door parking and a convenient covered drop-off entrance. The phone number is 706.322.3000.
WHERE IS CDC NORTHSIDE LOCATED?
The Northside location address is 7500 Veterans Parkway, Suite C in the Magnolia Plaza, located across the street from the Valley Rescue Mission Retail Store and Stars and Strikes Amusement Center. The phone number is 706.323.7622.
HOW LONG HAS CDC BEEN OPEN?
Columbus Diagnostic Center was opened in 1987, performing multiple diagnostic services. Cypress Partners owns and operates multiple diagnostic centers in the southeast United States.
ARE THE TWO CDC LOCATIONS ACCREDITED FACILITIES?
Columbus Diagnostic Center/CDC Northside sought and received accreditation from the American College of Radiology in four fields. The ACR is a national organization that has been designated as an accrediting body by the FDA. Although healthcare facilities are NOT CURRENTLY REQUIRED to obtain ACR accreditation, CDC chose to become accredited due to the numerous benefits it would provide for patients, staff and partnering physicians as we made improvements to our center. Our four fields of accreditation include MRI, CT, Ultrasound and mammography.
DO YOU PROVIDE X-RAY SERVICES?
Yes, we do routine X-rays with no appointment necessary… we take walk-ins.
Columbus Diagnostic Center: 8:00am-5:30pm Monday-Thursday and 8:00am-4:30pm on Friday. No Saturday hours for x-rays.
CDC Northside: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday.
WHAT TYPE OF INSURANCE IS ACCEPTED?
We are glad to accept ALL types of insurance.
